Processing and preparation
- In-stock orders: 1–3 business days for order processing.
- Samples: 3–5 business days for sample preparation.
- Logo customization: 15–35 business days.
These are processing and preparation periods, not delivery promises, and exclude transit time. Stock, artwork approval, payment and the applicable order schedule are confirmed in your quotation before payment. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Shipping services
We arrange international shipping through cross-border logistics partners. Final delivery is handled by local carriers, which may include DHL, UPS or other delivery partners, depending on the shipping route and destination. The shipping service, cost and estimated transit time are confirmed before payment. Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Customs processing, destination handling and carrier delays can affect arrival dates.
Before dispatch
Please check your delivery address and the order specifications on your invoice. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. For shipping damage, missing items or a wrong delivery, see our after-sales policy. If an entire parcel has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
