Who can see wholesale prices?
Approved business buyers can see the price tiers after signing in. Email registration alone does not grant access.
What is the first-order minimum?
US$100 in merchandise, including sample orders. You can mix different styles. Shipping is additional.
How many pieces do I need per style?
Wholesale requests start at 5 pieces per style. For 1–4 pieces, use the sample request route. Orders of 100 pieces or more per style receive a dedicated quotation.
How do I place an order?
Choose your styles, add intended sizes and quantities, then send your request. We confirm stock, sizes, shipping and your payable invoice before you pay.
How does sample credit work?
After confirmed sample delivery, an eligible buyer receives a US$100 credit code valid for 30 days on a wholesale merchandise order of US$800 or more. The credit applies to merchandise only; no cash or shipping refunds.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders: 1–3 business days for processing. Samples: 3–5 business days for preparation. Logo customization: 15–35 business days. These periods exclude transit; availability and the schedule are confirmed before payment. We arrange delivery through Yanwen, 4PX, YunExpress or another suitable service.
What are the materials and sizes?
Stainless steel with PVD vacuum plating. Women’s ring sizes: 5–10. Men’s ring sizes: 8–12. Tell us your intended sizes; availability is confirmed per style.
Does my application create an account?
No. Your business application is reviewed first. We then confirm the account setup or next steps by email. Sample inquiries do not require wholesale-price approval.
