Processing and preparation

• In-stock orders: 1–3 business days for order processing.
• Samples: 3–5 business days for sample preparation.
• Logo customization: 15–35 business days.

These are processing and preparation periods, not delivery promises, and exclude transit time. Stock, artwork approval, payment and the applicable order schedule are confirmed in your quotation before payment. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Shipping services

We arrange shipments through Yanwen, 4PX, YunExpress or another suitable service, depending on the destination and order. The service, shipping charge and estimated transit time are confirmed before payment. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Customs processing, destination handling and carrier delays can affect arrival dates.

Before dispatch

Please check your delivery address and the order specifications on your invoice. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. For shipping damage, missing items or a wrong delivery, see our after-sales policy. If an entire parcel has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
